Mélisse, feuilles coupées
La mélisse, herbe classique, est également appelée "Pfaffenkraut" ("herbe du prêtre") car elle était souvent cultivée dans les jardins des monastères. Aujourd'hui encore, les infusions de mélisse sont très appréciées dans de nombreuses régions, notamment grâce à la note légère et subtile d'agrumes qu'elles contiennent.
