Matcha Powerballs
Delicious, healthy, for on-the-go and as a gift.
Ingredients
- 150 g dried dates
- 50 g dried figs
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g oat flakes
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp matcha powder (Item #00644)
- To decorate:
- 1-2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp sesame seed
A healthy energy boost for on-the-go.
Preparation
Pre-crush the nuts in a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again until the mass gets sticky. Put the mass in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Form small balls from the cooled mass. Finally roll the balls in matcha, sesame and/or chia seeds according to taste.
The balls can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
